Walk to the river or sit outside and listen to the river, and depending on the time of year, catch a glimpse. Maybe see our resident eagle in flight and laugh at the antics of the squirrels. Enjoy peace, serenity, and nature - we have seen moose, deer, and several different birds. Quiet and calming - we call it our hideaway. A home away from home. The apartment contains a large bedroom with a king-size bed. There is space for one or two cots, which are located in the closet for extra sleeping space. A living/dining area that has a large sectional, electric recliner, a big 75" screen TV with Xfinity Flex streaming and high-speed internet. The kitchen is full sized and fully functional but not finished, and unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. However, there is an RO faucet attached to the sink for (in my opinion) the best tasting water you will ever taste. Also, in the kitchen area, there is a full-size washer and dryer. The full-size bathroom has been updated. We live on site upstairs; we try to walk as lightly as possible, but consider this apartment living, and you will hear occasional creaks and living noises. You have access to the daylight basement apartment and patio area right outside your entry door, as well as the yard in front of the patio. Available via knocking (we live upstairs), phone, or text. Our home is directly across the street from the river. The neighborhood is well established and quiet. We have lived here for over 15 years. Car or taxi is the best way to get around. We are a 10-minute drive to a grocery store and about 20 minutes to a mall. Access to the apartment has a portion of the walkway that is grass with a slight decline. We live on site upstairs; we try to walk as lightly as possible, but consider this apartment living, and you will hear occasional creaks and noises.
