If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway this is the place. The lodge is located in the middle of the Chautauqua Lake Erie Wine Trail with 12 wineries within 10 miles of the cottage. It is furnished with antiques with a nautical theme and located 1/2 mile from the Westfield thruway exit adjacent to small woods and a path that leads to Chautauqua Creek. The beach is a 5 minute walk straight down Main Street. The property is 1 square acre with ample parking just steps from the front door. The cottage has an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen flowing together. There is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, wine refrigerator, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. Everything is open to our guests on the first floor of the cottage. There are no steps from the parking lot to the property. The second floor is another living area that is reserved for the owner of the property. There is a large barn on the property that is only used for storage. It is a very quite neighborhood with a summer house next door. Walking is the best way to get around in Barcelona, but if you prefer to drive everything is 1 to 2 minute drive. To access the wineries or the village of Westfield it is best via car since the 2 closest wineries Johnson Estates and 21 Brix are 3 miles away. We do have an outdoor seating area, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit for our guests to use. There are 3 restaurants (When Pigs Fly, Jacks Barcelona Drive In, and Barcelona Market Café) that are all within a 5-minute walk of the cottage.
