The reform was carried out in 2016 by an important architecture studio and has a maximum capacity for 8 people. The house has 450m2 built and is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor we find the hall, spacious and bright living room with satellite TV with a large sofa and direct access to the porch and the pool. Large independent kitchen fully equipped with juicer, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven. The dining room next to the kitchen has a nice table for 8 people and with access to the outside. Continuing on the ground floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with shower and laundry (washing machine and dryer). On the upper floor going up the stairs we find a pleasant living room with large windows to enjoy the views of the countryside, the pool and the land of the farm. It is also equipped with a sofa, fireplace and library. One master bedroom (with 2x2 bed) with en-suite bathroom and large terrace. In addition to a double bedroom with balcony and fabulous views of the countryside and mountains. Another bedroom with 2 single beds with views of the countryside and a full bathroom with tub / shower. All bedrooms and the lounge on the upper floor are air-conditioned. Outside the house we have the garden with natural grass and the saltwater pool, with hammocks and covered pergola for relaxation.
