Not handicap accessible. Near hospital, local schools and universities. Running/walking circuit trail nearby. No smoking or vaping. No pets. Each room has a desk or working space. Bedroom 2 has a large sink, microwave oven and coffee maker with a spacious counter and sitting area with a day sofa that can be opened as the Queen size bed. Guests have their own entrance to the second floor suite of rooms. Access to the back yard and front porch are part of the charm. I am available to help with directions and guides to the region for hiking, biking and exploring. Also, I am knowledgeable about the universities (4) in Potsdam and Canton. The home is on a dead-end quiet street at the north end of the Village of Potsdam. It is close to local restaurants for great breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Easy walk or bike to downtown and the universities. The regional hospital is two blocks away. Safe and secure parking available on the premises.
