Comfy home in recreational town

We renovated the house with a modern kitchen, laundry room, new bathroom with spacious shower, new bedrooms with plenty of closet space, secure parking and new sidewalks. Close to historic weekly country market, Hillsdale College, bike trail, lakes in historic town. The North Country Trail and the Baw Beese Trail are closeby, as is Baw Beese Lake, Lost Nation State Game Area and the St. Joe River. We renovated the house for a family member who lived there for a time, so it is a fully functional home with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hickory kitchen, especially, feels like home. The house is connected to our professional office but is a separate entity. The building has four timed lights in the front, a porch light with a switch near the door, and two motion-sensor lights behind for security. The house is all yours. Your privacy is ensured, but we are close-by if you have questions or need help. Any problems or questions, call us any time. We are on the edge of Hillsdale, the home of Hillsdale College and a historic downtown with coffee shops, a burger-brew pub, bike trails and the Hillsdale County Fair. The fairgrounds, just across the road from our house, features the oldest weekly farm auction in America, every Saturday. You will not experience a rural culture like this anywhere else. Lake Baw Beese and its chain of five lakes is a couple blocks away. The city has several public parks, a swimming beach and room to roam.
