The house is fully powered by solar panels, with full underfloor heating below polished concrete flooring. Cosy and warm in the winter with a wood burning stove (wood supplied) and in the summer the floor to ceiling sliding doors allow you to make the most of the sunshine and summer breeze. We are located directly opposite Hodgemoor Woods, a 250-acre nature area with forest & meadows, with paths for walkers, runners, cyclists & horseback-riders. Nearby are the neighbouring historical villages of Chalfont St. Giles and Chalfont St. Peter. A great base to explore the Chilterns. We are dog friendly and you are welcome to bring your dog.We have a Golden Retriever, Ester, who is always keen to meet and play with new humans and dogs alike.
