Approximately 3 miles from downtown Lakeport. REVISED: 2020 / 2021 (so far) has been very dry. Due to the lack of rain we now have only 6 inches of water under our boat lift. Swimming from our property is nearly impossible unless you want to walk through mud. Fishing from the boat lift is also impossible. However it remains a beautiful spot to look at the lake and enjoy wild life. Our boat lift is available for enjoying the lake, but it’s left too high to tie up your boat. The boat ramp is not available to launch your boat, however there is plenty of parking for your truck and trailer. You will have access to the entire house. The garage is the only space not available to our guests. We have two TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Both TVs use the internet and Apple TV. Available are DirectTV Now (basic channels), HBO, Showtime, PBS, Netflix.
