A Cottage Escape in a Resort w/2 Pools near NOTL

Located on a resort and tucked away in a quiet corner, sits a clean, neatly kept, modern style, air-conditioned cottage overlooking one of many vineyards in the Niagara region. It is an ideal place for a family, friends, or couples getaway and just steps away to unrestricted guest access to resort amenities listed below. Take a look at all the photos (w description) to help you decide if this cottage visually meets your vacation needs. This cottage provides versatility. Outside, it offers two patios (one being sheltered) for your lounging experience along with additional Muskoka chair seating on the grass and around a fire pit. To grill your meals you have the option of using the fire pit or a large electric barbecue. Inside there is plenty of seating if you want to cool down in this air conditioned cottage. A dining room set is available to you that seats 4 people, also a kitchen with an island that seats 2 people and an open concept living room that comfortably seats up to 4 people. TV, DVD player and movies are also available in the living room for all guests. A number of items will be provided to you inside the cottage such as towels, dinnerware, drinking glasses, utensils, serving spoons, spatula, pots, pans, large and small appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, Keurig machine), paper towels and toilet paper. Parking one vehicle for each overnight stay at the cottage and on the resort has been included in your price. You will have access to the entire cottage and resort. Wifi is available both inside the cottage and at the Welcome Centre. I will be available to answer any questions you have before, during, and after your stay. With the intention of venturing outside of the resort, this cottage can be used as a home base for day trips to local wineries, Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, outlet shopping malls, casinos, or other activities such as hiking, biking, or golfing. Also, a dock on the Niagara River is nearby to go boating or fishing.
