Luxury 1 Bedroom Duplex Apartment Town Centre

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment. There are a number of places to eat and transport is good; buses and taxis can be accessed. supermarkets such as Tesco and Lidl are a short walk away. The apartment has a spacious feel due to its split level configuration. Whilst there you can enjoy use of the smart TV, including Netflix, or simple browse the Internet using the WiFi available. The building is secure, using keypad entry system, with phone intercom and CCTV. It is quiet and secure. There are only 10 apartments in the whole block who are all working professionals or other guests so they tend to respect each others space. The whole apartment is available for guest use. In the future there will be a common room that guests can share access to with other residents, but this is not complete yet. Guests can reach me by phone, usually (Hidden by Airbnb) . This is a town centre location which, although quiet at night, is more vibrant than other parts of Rotherham, as it is close to shops, bars stadium, shops etc. The apartment is located about 150 yards from a Police Station so you may consider this reassuring. There are a number of ways to get around, and just at the side of the building is a taxi office. Buses travel on the road that serves the apartment, and the train station and bus station are both a few minutes walk away. There is free parking on street on weekends, and between 6pm and 8am on weekdays. There are car parks that offer free parking for a few hours then charge. We are happy to reimburse guests up to 80% of any money they need spend on parking as long as they have utilised their free parking entitlement. There are places to park completely free a slightly further walk away from the apartment. All information regarding WiFi password, access code, etc, will be provided to guests directly after confirmed booking.
