Cozy & neat NYACK 2 bedroom! Home-30 min to NYC!

Nyack is a quaint little village on the Hudson River. We are in walking or biking distance to the Mario Cuomo Bridge. There are so many other trails and parks to enjoy! The eateries are plentiful on Main Street and Broadway. There are treasure to be found at the Palisades Mall or take a quick ride (35 min) into New York City to enjoy the Big Apple. This home is cozy and has dedicated privacy. New hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, blender for a smoothie, Keurig for your morning Joe fix, a water dispenser to fill before your morning walk or bike ride. Our wonderful porch to take in the fresh air and chat in the shade or you can take your relaxation to the newly created backyard oasis. We have a brand new privacy fence for your stay that will includes the summer use of the grill to make your favorite dish while sitting at a table that has its very own fire pit. We want you to enjoy your stay so we have tried to think of every detail. More to come as we continue to welcome new guests. We have a long driveway that would hold two small cars comfortably and in front of the Home a parking space just for you. The lower level of the home is not accessible for it is storage for me and where my cleaning lady stays when in town. I look forward to meeting you and as a community resident I’m just a phone call away. I will be readily accessible and will interact with you as needed or when needed. My goal is for you to enjoy your stay so someone will always be available for you. We are close to biking trails, walking trails and many small parks that are great for kids. There are so many eateries to enjoy and access to the Thruway so you can hop in your car and go for a drive whether upstate to Woodberry Commons or to Westchester or to the Big Apple. Choice will be yours the opportunities plentiful. The neighbors on either side of the home are terrific. It’s a quiet community of hard-working people. You can use a bus because the bus stop is a few blocks away or travel by car to the various locations. If you’re a biker welcome aboard! And if you love a beautiful walk through a small neighborhood with unique styled homes and wonderful parks come to Nyack. I have two bicycles to loan out at $10 a day. All we ask is for positive vibes! Please treat our home as if it was yours… Because for the few days you may stay we want you to feel like home.
