Our place is 7 mins. to State Farm Insurance Corporate, 8 mins. to BMI Airport , 14 mins. to IL University, 18 mins. to Rivian Automotive Assembly Plant in Normal, IL. It’s also Close to Historic Route 66 and I-80 (Website hidden by Airbnb) We welcome people from all places & races! It's a Private Bedroom at the 2nd level & private bathroom. Shared Main Entrance. Guest has access to main kitchen, driveway for parking, deck, we also have outdoor sports games available for everyone to enjoy. (Cornhole bag, Jenga, Toss etc.) This house is our primary residence. If we are home while you are in, then we are more than happy to socialize, make recommendations, do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. If you prefer time to yourself, we will give you all the space you need. Car & bike Must climb stairs. 1 car only for driveway parking. The house is protected by Electronic System. Strictly NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES. No pets allowed. Weekly cleaning for long-term stay. I have painting materials available if guests are looking for fun to do while in the house (extra charge applies). There is portable door lock & key in each bedroom available to use for more comfort & peace of mind. Special Amenities: Coffee & light breakfast are available (cereal & fruits) for the guests.
