Our house is first line to the sea, almost continuous with the nature reserve. You will see the Bird migrations and watch sun set like a ball in to the sea every night. Quiet and spacious. House is very modern. Plenty of toys. There's an in ground swimming pool with a electric security cover that keeps you safe and warms the water so by April water will be warm enough to get in. It's 10 minute drive from Zichron Yaakov which is a town with loads of appeal, a great variety of resturants and cultural life. We are also a 20 minute drive to Haifa. 45 minutes to Tel Aviv, about an hour to Sefat and 1.5hours to Jerusalem. Only a few minutes drive to the 3 main highways linking Israel. House feels very safe with electric blinds on all windows and doors. Nature is amazing. Privacy. Many people think this is just the most beautiful area in Israel. Must have a car as very little public transport. You must have a car to get around. There's not much public transport. Please talk to me about renting our car for a great deal. It's much cheaper than a car rental company. There's a train line that runs in between our house and Nature reserve. It doesn't bother most people unless you are particularly sensitive to noise. We have a separate unit which we rent out separately on the lower under the house. It is totally separate. You will not even know it's there but we ask you to limit noise on the front balcony. Monthly bookings enjoy a big discount but please note electricity is charged separetly according to the meter.
