Private guest house on 8 acres of beautiful landscaped land with billiards, Ping-Pong. Private bedroom with queen bed, game room with billiards and ping pong, small kitchen, full bathroom all on first floor. Full-sized futon and Queen Memory Foam Bed on 2nd floor Living Area with 2nd full bathroom, and large flat screen tv. Back yard balcony access from 2nd floor or steps from outside. Central air/heat, quiet area for blissful sleep. Nearby outdoor activities (such as hiking, canoeing, horseback riding), shopping, downtown West Chester for restaurants, universities. Clean air, visible stars at night, far removed from the bustle of cars passing by for unbelievably great night of rest! Please note that there is internet TV through an attached Apple TV through which you can log into your Netflix, Amazon, Disney, or other accounts. You can also attach your own device. Cable TV is not included. You will be given a key code to the guest house so you can come and go as you please during your stay. Access to laundry room in main house can be granted as well upon request. Beautiful scenery, clean country air, nearby horse farms, parks, peace and tranquility, yet close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, universities, Downtown West Chester, King of Prussia, Philadelphia, Lancaster, Delaware, and plenty of outdoor activities. Having a car or uber is really the best way to get here and get around. Please note the house rules and be considerate of our home. They are basic, but important to us!
