Studio with outside entrance

This is a private room and bath with queen bed and attached bunk room and small sitting area, with a private entrance. Wonderful views overlooking Long Lake. It is right on the lake, with swimming, dock, canoes, and firepit, and picnic table, grill and hot tub available for guests. There is wifi and cell phone service. The Northville-Lake Placid trailhead is 3/4 miles away. The space is suitable for children with supervision on the spiral stairway. There is no smoking in the room, and no pets. There is a thermostat for electric heat. Guests are welcome to use the hot tub. Keurig coffee maker available in the room. We live on the premises for help when needed There are no near neighbors, we are surrounded by the woods of the Adirondack Mountains There is no public transportation, but plenty of parking space on premises. An all wheel or four wheel drive is necessary when there is snow. There are restaurants available in town, 3 miles away.
