Lovely bright room with bathroom

Clean and bright double room available on the outskirts of chippenham town. Includes breakfast and off street parking. Excellent transport links, M4 junction 17 is 10 minutes, Bath 20 minutes, 25 minute walk into town centre and the train station. Welcome 😀 My house is clean and cosy and in a quiet location. The bedroom is a small double, the bed is very comfortable and there are draws and a wardrobe for storage. The main bathroom is right next door and as I have an ensuite you will pretty much have sole use. Please feel free to use the kitchen. If you want to smoke, please do so whilst enjoying the garden. I'm a pretty busy person and tend to be out and about most of the time, however when home I'm more than happy to have a cuppa and a chat and help with any queries or questions. It's a really quiet, family orientated area. The town centre is a 25 minute walk mainly through parkland. There is a large supermarket within walking distance. There are various bus stops close by. The main bus station is in town as is the train station. Help yourself to tea or coffee and use of the kitchen facilities. Any questions, help or advice please just let me know.
