The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious, well-furnished rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the lower ground floor. - All rooms offer amenities such as an AC, Wi-Fi access, extra mattress, wardrobe, and a heater. - 3 of the rooms have a king-sized bed, whereas the fourth bedroom has a cosy sofa bed. - 2 of the rooms have a beautiful view of the lawn and the other 2 rooms offer the perfect backdrop of the lush valley. - 3 of the rooms also offer a separate dressing area and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth room is equipped with a shared bathroom. - The bedroom on the ground floor also has a bathtub. - Guests do not have access to the bedrooms in the basement level. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms, one common bathroom, and one powder room. - All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - The attached bathrooms have a separate dressing area and one of the bathrooms also has a bathtub. COMMON AREAS - There are two spacious living rooms complete with chic furnishings and interiors - 1 on the ground floor and the other on the lower ground floor. - The living room on the ground floor is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi access, a heater, and a fireplace. - It has a lounge-type setting and can accommodate up to 6 people. - The second living room on the lower ground floor offers an AC, TV, Wi-Fi access, a heater, and a fireplace. - It has a lounge-type setting and can accommodate up to 10 people. - The dining area is a component of the living room on the ground floor and can seat up to 8 people. It is equipped with an AC. - There are two common areas; 1 in the basement and 1 on the first floor to which guests do not have access. - There is a sunroom with an attached balcony, where guests can catch glimpses of the stars and skies changing their hues. - It has ample seating arrangements and can accommodate up to 6 people. - The entire first floor and the basement cannot be accessed by the guests. - The exteriors of this charming villa feature a verdant lawn that covers an area of about 500 sq.ft. - It has a seating capacity of 4 people. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens - one in the basement and the other on the ground floor. Guests do not have access to the kitchen in the basement. - Guests have access to the pantry on the ground floor only for reheating purposes. - It is equipped with a microwave, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests have access to the ground floor and lower ground level. They do not have access to the rooms and common areas in the basement and on the first floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Within the premises of the property, guests can enjoy some quality family time while playing some indoor board games. The sunroom ensures you get the best view of the starry night or dusky mornings. Stroll along the expanse of the green lawn or let your inner child out to play an array of outdoor fun games. Find a peaceful nook and immerse yourself in the literary world by grabbing a book off the shelves while also sipping on your hot cuppa. When the chilly air sets in, guests can request a bonfire to be lit up or snuggle up next to the fireplace. ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Guests can use the fireplace at an extra cost of Rs.1000 per hour. - The washing machine can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs.300 per load of clothes. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per hour. - Guests can access the library and sunroom for no additional charges. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests do not have access to the rooms and common areas in the basement and on the first floor. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - The villa is located in a secluded area. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - This is a standalone property.
