You'll enjoy the best of both worlds at this character-filled, two-bedroom cottage, ideally located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Toorak Gardens. Situated less than 10 minutes' drive from the city's attractions, come home and enjoy secure parking for two cars onsite. When you're not out exploring, an open-plan living and dining area provides a comfortable space to relax. Cook up meals in the well-equipped kitchen and wander out to the front yard, offering a cosy spot to dine alfresco. Ideally situated in a quiet, leafy suburb on the edge of the CBD, this light-filled, two-bedroom retreat provides a convenient base for visitors to Adelaide while they discover all the region has to offer. Positioned within a charming, old building that has been divided into two separate residences, this completely private retreat offers its own entrance for guests, while inside, high ceilings throughout an open-plan living and dining area create a feeling of spaciousness. When you're not sampling the nearby cafes and restaurants, a fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other cooking basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Stock up on renowned South Australian produce and relax around the six-seater dining table, or eat alfresco at the cosy two-seater setting in the front yard. In the spacious living room you'll find leather couches and a smart TV, offering the perfect spot to kick back and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Two bedrooms accommodate four guests. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two king single beds. Head to the bathroom to take a leisurely soak in the bathtub, you'll also find a shower as well as all the essentials for guest use. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, a washing machine and secure parking for two cars on the premises. Please note, the cottage is divided into two and guests will share a wall with the tenants living next door. You will have the whole right side of the cottage to yourself, including the front patio. You can also stroll to local cafes and restaurants, with Burnside Village Shopping Centre a 10-minute walk. Situated near stunning wineries and the beach, there is no shortage of day trips to choose from. Glenelg Beach is a 25-minute drive, where you can take a dip, grab a coffee and stroll along the jetty before watching the sunset over the ocean. Spend the afternoon in the vineyards enjoying the region's award-winning wines, with McLaren Vale around 45 minutes' drive. Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway. Airport: 20 minutes by car or 50 minutes by public transport. Public Transport: A short 5-minute walk or 300 meters to the nearest bus stop. Please read and respect the house rules.
