The space is an open plan kitchen / sitting room which is light and airy. There are lots of windows with sky lights and two sets of doors which open out onto the garden. Set within a peaceful village with a pub and church across the road. Driving distance to Alton town and Odiham. I live in the house next door so will be available to help out when needed. set within the grounds of a private house - neighbours nearby Private parking with electric gates. There is a tennis court and swimming pool which may be used if the owners are not using them. Please ask before using.
