Within walking distance of the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee, nestled against the dunes, you will find Park Duinland. A lovely spacious, quiet and green bungalow park. This recently renovated accommodation is decorated in a fresh and attractive beach theme for 5 persons and is equipped with all modern conveniences. The bungalow is ideal for families with young children, but also for nature lovers, beachcombers and culture snobs. In short, something for everyone! The cosy sitting area has a comfortable sofa and armchair. There is a Smart TV available with both Dutch and German TV channels and with access to, for example, Netflix. In the living room there is a cosy dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a high chair available. From the living room you look out on the lovely, green garden with fine terrace. This is easily accessible through a sliding door or door from the kitchen. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, kettle, large fridge / freezer, 4-burner gas hob, enough cutlery and a large crockery. There are 2 bedrooms in the bungalow. The master bedroom has a double bed with a double duvet (220 x 240), a large built-in wardrobe and a small desk. In the second, child-friendly furnished bedroom there is a bunk bed for 3 persons, a wardrobe and a nice play corner for children. The spacious bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower with rain shower. The car can be parked directly at the accommodation. In the fully enclosed, green garden with a lawn and a terrace with a lounge sofa adjacent to the house, there is a lockable garden house with storage space for bicycles, for example. There is a large picnic table on the lawn where you can eat. There are also sunbeds available for sunbathing or relaxing. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed against payment. There is a high chair, cot and pushchair at your disposal. Various playgrounds are present on Park Duinland. During the high season, children of guests of Park Duinland can join the entertainment program of the nearby camping site De Lepelaar for only € 1,- for a whole day. Please register in advance at Camping de Lepelaar. A few minutes' walk away is the indoor and outdoor play paradise Goudvis. You will have a wonderful time at Park Duinland. The park is spacious, quiet and green. It has existed for over 50 years and has a unique location, directly opposite the dunes and the sea, between the beautiful bulb fields. The lively centre of Callantsoog and Petten are within cycling distance. The park has a tennis court and there are various small playgrounds for the children. Next to the park is Camping Sint Maartenszee, with a small SPAR supermarket where you can get fresh rolls every morning. There is also a miniature golf course. Park Duinland is an excellent base for a long walk in the woods or on the beach, a beautiful bicycle ride, an adventurous mountain bike tour, for a trip in the vicinity to one of the beautiful cities such as Alkmaar and Schagen or a day trip to Texel! Sint Maartenszee This picturesque village, which is not found by the navigation system, is a real holiday village. Very few people live in Sint Maartenszee at the North Sea. The village consists of several holiday parks and campsites. You can walk through the beautiful dune area to the lovely wide beach in 10 minutes.
