Villa Caterina offers two luxurious dépendance with a large pool, a Jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. The pool area consists of sunbeds, garden rockers, outdoor shower and two bathrooms. Each dépendance has its own entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Sport area: fitness area, billiards, ping-pong table, table football. The owner (husband and wife) lives in another building of the Villa and guarantees the exclusive use of the areas in total privacy. Villa Caterina is located in the valley of a hill, in a strategic area from which you can easily reach by car several tourist attractions (eg. Mondello beach, Scopello, San Vito, the historic center of Palermo). THE VILLA Villa Caterina's swimming pool is wonderful: large and with different depths. Perfect for a few hours of relax but at the same time suitable to keep fit with a few strokes. You can also find an amazing outdoor jacuzzi. In the outside area you will find an outdoor kitchen area equipped with all comfort, where you can eat while enjoying a splendid view of the pool. Villa Caterina also has many shaded areas such as a beautiful circular gazebo where you can relax even in the hottest hours. There is wifi both inside and outside the dependences and both houses are equipped with TV with SKY, offering channels for all age groups. In addition, there is a beautiful entertainment area where you will find a ping pong table, table soccer and pool table. In the same area you can also work out yourself: there are 2 tapis roulant, an abdominal bench, a multifunctional wall tool and a punching bag. GREEN DEPENDANCE The green color of the walls and furniture characterizes the first dependance of Villa Caterina, located above the relaxation/entertainment area. Inside you will find a large living room with open kitchen equipped with all comforts. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The bedroom is large and spacious with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe in classic style and a large chest of drawers where you can place everything you need. The bathroom, comfortable and spacious, has a shower box and a large cabinet. From the living room you can access a beautiful terrace where you can have lunch or relax in the shade of comfortable armchairs. YELLOW DEPENDANCE The yellow color of the walls and furniture characterizes the second dependance of Villa Caterina, located near the pool. Inside you will find a large living room with open kitchen equipped with all comforts, from where you can enjoy the view of the pool and Jacuzzi. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a Jacuzzi with shower box. There is a laundry area with washbasin and washing machine. Villa Caterina is surrounded by nature 5 minutes from the Carini (PA) motorway exit. 10 minutes from the beach of Capaci and Isola delle Femmine and about 15 minutes from the beach of Mondello. From Villa Caterina you can reach the beach of Scopello in about 30 minutes. A few minutes by car there is a large shopping center "Poseidon" where you can find everything you need, including the supermarket. We suggest you to rent a car so you can fully enjoy the beauty of the area.
