There are over 20 acres of fields and woodland to explore including a stunning spring fed wild swimming lake to jump into on summer days or even winter ones if you're feeling brave. We are 10 mins drive from the charming historic city of Wells with its beautiful Cathedral, 20 mins from Glastonbury Tor & 30 mins from Bath Oakhill, is a small village on the edge of the Mendip Hills in Somerset with a great local pub the Oakhill Inn. Beautiful local walks in Harridge Woods and nearby Glastonbury Tor, Mendip Hills, Wells, and Bath. Local train stations are Bath Spa and Castle Cary. Local Tesco Extra and weekly market in Shepton Mallet. Also nearby are the magnificent gardens and restaurants at The Newt, sample their amazing range of ciders and have a stroll through the trees on the bridge walk. Markets held in Wells & Shepton Mallet each week and the Frome monthly fair on the 1st Sunday each month, full of local produce, antique stalls, music and great food. There is a local bus service into Wells & Bath and it's 30 minutes from Bath train station and 20 minutes from Castle Cary.
