Welcome to our beautiful executive detached home finished to a beautiful standard with everything you would need for the perfect stay whether a getaway with the family or group of friends. Seaham seafront is only a short stroll away and has some lovely beaches and is also right next to the local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and there are some lovely walks to be explored We sleep up to 10 guests - 4 king size beds and 1 double sofa bed. We are currently in the process of getting the final finishing touches done to our lovely family home and will be updating you with the final professional photos very soon, so watch this space! Here we offer 4 bedrooms with kingsize beds, 2 of these bedrooms have en-suites and the amazing master bedroom also comes with a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains a double sofa bed. This rooms also has a desk/office space for anyone needing to do a little work while on your stay. The ground floor offers a cosy spacious lounge with 65inch flat screen TV and double patio doors that lead out into the rear garden. Kitchen with all the essentials you need if you decided to cook a lovely homemade meal with ample space for storage and double french doors which open up into the dining room. Utility room which has a washing machine and dishwasher and also a downstairs toilet W/C. The first floor has the master bedroom with spectacular handmade wooden kingsize bed with surround lighiting, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. Large 2nd bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite, and also kingsize beds in the 4th & 5th bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided. The large rear garden has large grass area with trampoline, patio area with seating, log burner and brand new lazy spa due to be installed March 2022 with outdoor heating and lighting. This will be upgraded to a luxury Hottub in Autum 2022. And for those of you who are really keen there are a number of outdoor and indoor pieces of exercise equipment. At the front of the house we have a large driveway which will comfortable park 4 cars. Extras all included - family games, board games, books, kids kitchenware, kids books, travel cot, high chair, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, Wifi, exercise equipment. The whole house will be accessible apart from the garage. We know the local area so if you need help with anything you can always message us. You will have the place to yourself fully private and it will be remote entry. The house is fully detached but it has neighbouring gardens, it is private and not overlooked but we would expect reasonable noise levels and courtesy to neighbours from evening time. Set in a quiet residential cul-de-sac only a short stroll to Seaham seafront. This has been our loving family home for a number of years so we kindly ask you to look after the house and return tidy & damage free. We do have neighbours so parties/events are not permitted. If you are spending the evenings in the garden area there must be no loud noise or music outside from 10pm. We welcome well behaved furry friends. Maximum of 2 pets. A refundable damage deposit of £50 will be charged if you are bringing pets. This will be refunded if there is no damage or extra cleaning required. Pets are limited to downstairs only and are not allowed on the couches or any other furniture. Nice, easy contactless self check-in.
