We have 3 glamping yurts set in their own paddock (two sleep 6 one sleeps 4). Each has their own private bathroom (including shower and composting toilet) in a separate bathroom block a short walk from the yurt. There is a shared utility space in the bathroom block including kettle, fridge, microwave and washer-dryer. Each yurt contains a log burning stove (including oven) for cooking and heating and you also get your own outdoor fire-pit. All bedding, towels and a box of firewood are provided. Paths lead to all yurts. The outside space for each yurt includes a fire pit and a picnic table. The bathroom block is a short walk away from the yurt and includes your own private bathroom and the shared utility room (kettle, microwave, fridge, pot-washing and washer dryer - all provided for guest use). Yurts and bathroom block are about 100m walk from the car park - we provide a barrow for moving your kit. One of our bathrooms has accessibility aids - please request this if required. Kilmory is a tiny hamlet on the south end of the Isle of Arran, Scotland - we have a village hall including members bar on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (guest membership costs £1) and there is an honesty box shop for cooking basics in the hall. Village also is home to Lagg Hotel and the Velo Cafe. We are 15 mins walk from Torrylinn beach - very quiet with miles of sandy shoreline, rock pool areas and great views Nearest bus stop is 10 mins walk from the site - buses run to and from the ferry port in Brodick. Quiet village location on the south end of the Isle of Arran, close to the beach and local amenities Parking on site, with no cars in the yurt field so safe and quiet Bus stop 10 mins walk away We are 15 mins walk from Torrylinn Beach and 15 mins walk from the Velo Cafe and Lagg Hotel Restaurant.
