Peaceful 1 bedroom guest suite in beautiful Eden

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This well equipped, self contained guest suite opens onto a small patio with views over the village green and beyond to Cross Fell, the highest point on the Pennines. Arriving by foot? Or public transport? We can help with connections. Convenient for local villages with an array of pubs and cafes, visitor attractions including the Northern lakes, Appleby, Penrith and Carlisle there is plenty to discover in this beautiful part of Cumbria. The guest suite is part of our bungalow. The entrance is through French doors into a light airy king size (or twin) bedded room with views over the garden, towards the village green and up to Cross Fell beyond. A door leads to a well equipped kitchen-diner with kettle, toaster, 2 ring electric hob, combination microwave-oven-grill and fridge. Should you wish to use a freezer, we can make space for you in ours. A further door leads into a good sized shower room with 2 towel radiators and large rainforest shower. A shoe rack and coat hooks are provided for drying walking shoes etc. The guest suite is self contained and no pets are allowed as we have 2 border collies on the property. Although they do not go into the guest suite, they do use the garden which you will share. We will be around to meet you and show you around. There are maps available and we will enjoy meeting you and helping you enjoy your stay with information as a required. Parking space is available at the side of the property on our driveway. Bedding, towels, some tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided.
