Sunshine's Zen Airbnb 2 bedroom 1 bath house large kitchen and living room in this nicely decorated home with unique artwork and nick nacks throughout the house. Large mineral hot springs shared with everyone staying here. 6 foot privacy fenced complex the yard is a beautiful zen oasis with lots of birds, several picnic tables, swing, hammock , fire pit and a bench. Close to a park on the Rio Grand and community pool. Within walking distance to downtown T Or C and several mineral hot springs. Beautifully decorated inside and outside. Close to everything including a park and the Rio Grand river less than a block away. a small Bar B Q grill is available. There are also several hammocks a swing and several picnic tables and other chairs to sit and relax in the beautiful Oasis of the yard. The mineral springs hot tub is available to all people staying in the five units on the property, it is filled upon request so please let us know when you would like to soak. All guess staying in the five unit complex have access to the yard and mineral hot springs tub. The mineral springs hot tub is filled upon request. please let us know when you would like to soak it takes about an hour and a half to fill and we will make sure it is ready for your soaking pleasure. I'm available in person, phone, email and text. The weather is great and everything is close by. it's nice to be so close to the river. Elephant Butte lake is 5 mi north and Caballo lake is 11 MI South. There's a hiking trail at rotary Park which is a half a block away from the house, that will take you along the river for a little bit and then up a hill with a great view and if you would like you can also hike all the way over to the VA museum. Best to drive your own car or rental there is no public transportation. My son has a medium sized dog on the property full time, and I bring my small dog over when I'm soaking and both of them do bark from time to time.
