Have ever wondered what it would be like to stay on a houseboat then come check out the Kas A Dia floating cottage. Enjoy great conversations with family and friends while you sit on the dock relaxing and enjoying the peaceful water of this calm, quiet cove and the beauty of the night sky. The boat can comfortably sleep 6. There are 2 full size beds below deck an another full size bed in the galley area. On shore just steps away you will find a patio area with a charcoal barbecue grill. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hotplate, and coffee maker. We DO NOT furnish plates, silverware or drinking glasses. All linens are furnished however, we DO NOT furnish lake towels. The Kas A Dia is docked at our marina and is near the bath and shower house which has his/her showers and restrooms. The boat is supplied with fresh hot and cold running water. There is a toilet onboard for nighttime use. This boat is NOT mechanically operational, therefore it CANNOT be taken out of the slip. There is plenty of room on the grounds to play. Plenty of places to fish. We have peddle boats and kayaks that are available for your use, no charge. Washer/dryer on site. If you are bringing a boat, we have a launch ramp. Dock slips are available to rent for $10. per day. We live on property and are available if needed. We do enjoy meeting our guests but we also respect your privacy. Should you need anything we are available in person or by phone or text for any questions or assistance you might need. We offer transportation to local establishments for Versailles to Hurricane Deck. Effective 10/01/2020 For the security of our guests and the safety and security of our business and property, we have external security cameras located on the corners and back of the metal shop building. They will be on during your stay.
