Pricing negotiable with host for long term stay (more than a month stay) This is a finished basement bedroom( 12 ft x 18 ft). Inside door opens to an adjacent open room that will lead you to bathroom(toilet & shower),this room is not heated in the winter. Bedroom has a queen size bed and sofa-can convert to twin bed.- I only allotted one guest , additional $12 charge for each additional guest up to 3 total guests. Long term stay= 20% disc for a month. The bedroom and adjacent room each has door that opens to back of the house private parking for 2 cars for your use. You may use street parking in front of house if you prefer. Guests can have access to the front and back patios, Will provide towels, soap & shampoo. You are welcome to bring takeout foods to eat in your room. You may use the microwave and refrigerator located in 1st floor- let me know so I will unlock door. I will give you a key on check in if you are staying for more than 1 night to use during the duration of your stay. Please give me the key in person on check out( some have forgotten in the past- still in their pocket or bag). Thank you, Connie I am home most of the time. There are quite a few choices of restaurants in Ardmore. I will have a list of some when you check in. Ardmore is also proud of Carlino's, famous for its authentic Italian Specialty foods. Few tables outside if you prefer to eat there. Carlino's is about 10-15 minute walk from my house. 3-5 min walk to Eagle pizza, Chinese take out,Japanese restaurant,Fiji nail Salon. Also about 5 minutes drive from Ardmore's world-class brew pub/restaurant=Tired Hands...located in an old train barn/hub off Lancaster Pike. Also in Ardmore is a regional favorite brew/pub= Iron Hill Brewing/restaurant on Greenfield Ave. Ardmore Music Hall also attracts lots of visitors. Philadelphia Skating Rink Club &Humane Society=oldest and biggest figure skating rink in USA located in Ardmore is about 8 min drive away. Less than 5 minutes walk to Enterprise Rent-a-car. About 5 min walk to Trolley( Rt100 Norristown Hi-Speed line). This takes you to 69th St in about 10 min. Transfer to Market-Frankford train to Philadelphia ( takes about 20 min depending on traffic time). Rt 100 trolley, if you take the opposite way will take you to Haverford College, Villanova University If interested to rent a car, it is a 5 min walk to Enterprise Rent-a-car.
