This pet-friendly property is a fully restored 1920’s estate. Elgin’s historic downtown is less than a mile away with a collection of vintage shops and restaurants. The home sits directly across from Elgin’s park with access to a walking trail, plenty of grass for your pet to run in, tennis court, basketball court, and a playground. This is the perfect place for larger groups who want to spend time with friends/family in a quiet community but also want to experience Austin’s busy day/night life. The master bedroom (downstairs), living room (downstairs), and game room (upstairs) have a LG Smart TV with Airplay and Chromecast built-in. All you need to do is sign in to the apps you want to watch or cast from your devices, and you’re good to go! There is fast wi-fi throughout the property, central air conditioning and heating, and a long driveway with plenty of parking space (enough for over 5 cars from you and your guests if needed). The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a basic set of pots, pans, glass/cookware, and condiments. All 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms have fresh bedding, linens, and towels. There is also a washer/dryer on-site. We are not scheduled to be there while guests have reservations, but we live in Austin and can assist if there are any issues at all. Less than a mile from CVS, HEB, Walmart, and the famous Southside Market & Barbeque, you can grab groceries, gas, and anything you need within 5 minutes. It’s also 30 minutes from all of what Austin has to offer: the airport, downtown (restaurants, bars, events and venues, etc.), Lady Bird Lake, Round Rock Premium outlets, and even Circuit of Americas (for Formula 1). If you’re looking for a home away from home, this is also about 30 minutes from the new Samsung and Tesla factories.
