Spacious, charming, calming and surrounded by an acre of manicured gardens. Partake in the activities of the estate, pick your fruit fresh from the tree, pet a goat, enjoy Afternoon teas, learn how to cook with Chef Belinda and her team. All possible. The apartment is complete with a full kitchen, dinning area, living room with spare bed. The apartment has a large veranda entrance that leads to an three room apartment with kitchen. The dining room and large living room connect and flow into each other. The view is out into the tropical garden with a large variety of plants. The bedroom is spacious and has a work desk and direct access to internet. The bathroom has a sunken bath with a skylight. The neighborhood is residential with a couple restaurants and delicious food truck within 5 mins walk. The apartment is within a seven acre working estate with fruit, spice and hardwood trees. Surrounding the apartment is one and a half acres of manicured tropical gardens filled with exotic plants and shrubs. A horticulturist dream. We live on the property so generally around most days. We host small, bespoke events at the Tower that the guests are welcome to participate in like Estate Luncheons, afternoon teas and art classes. We enjoy sharing time with our guests as well as they having their own space. We are happy to guide the guests on where to go and what to do. The apartment is set in a gardeners dream, acres of gardens, spice trees, hard woods and exotic tropical plants. St Paul's is a residential and farming area close to the capital. Tranquil and green. Getting around is easy. Buses run all day from the bottom of the drive and go to the capital. From there the network extends throughout the island. We also have several taxis that provide services to our guests.
