Lovely house near the beach!

Searching for some nice vacation days in a new 2 floor house with a patio? Then you have to check out this house! Near the beautiful white sand beach and the marina in Lomma makes it a perfect location. The cafes, restaurants and bars are just around the corner. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Wifi. Bus stop (5 min walk) to Malmö/Lund as well (15-20 min) or Copenhagen (45 min). The nature and the surrounding is stunning the house is on a calm street. Perfect spot for vacation if you are looking for a convenient location near the city combined with a walk to the white sand beach or the beautiful nature around it. Located in the part of Lomma, closest to the beach. "Beachtown" is a new area with beautiful houses combined with nice restaurants and the guest harbor. You can find a small grocery store around the corner or the city of Lomma only 5 min walk away where you can find more stores, bank, systembolaget and bus stop that takes you to Malmö (20 min), Lund (15 min) or Copenhagen (40 min). Bedroom 1: Master bedroom (2 persons) Bedroom 2: Single bed (1 person) Bedroom 3: Single bed (1 person) Social area upstairs; Sofa bed (2 persons) 2 bathrooms both with shower, toilet and one also with washing machine and dryer. Open space between kitchen and living room (great for social life). 1 big living room 1 great patio with furnitures. Parking on the street in front or near the house. I'm happy to give you advise about the village and the close by areas and cities if wanted. Close to the pulse in central Malmö and Lund is a relaxed and comfortable Lomma beach by the sea. The beach is cozy and shallow and when the weather allows you can witness magically beautiful sunsets. The small distance to the town also means that you can enjoy the beach stay with both cafes, restaurants and other activities. For those who feel like exercising, you can rent Stand Up Paddle board, windsurf and kite surfing or take part in yoga classes. Bus stop 5 min walk away. To Malmö 15/20 min and Copenhagen 40 min.
