Unwind and unplug at this simply peaceful centrally-located home. Old brick house; with quaint outdoor space for small dining, relaxing campfires, and grilling out. City home with country living vibes! Wooden floors throughout home. Home entrance is accessed via long set of stairs; with off street parking on property and free on street parking. Close to Butler hospital, Main Street Butler; lots of restaurants, shopping, & parks, close access to route 422. Home entrance is accessed via long set of stairs. First floor features a cozy living room, dining room that seats 4 (extends for up to 8 if needed), kitchen with 2 person breakfast bar, front porch, back porch with gravel patio off of back porch. Back yard accessed via back stairs, with 2 off street parking spots at edge of property. (On street parking located below homes front entrance steps.) Smart TV, WiFi, DVDs/DVD player, puzzles, cards, & board games available. Second floor features a master bedroom with queen sized bed, large closet, dresser, with a city view. 2nd smaller bedroom with twin sized bed, desk, and dresser, backyard view. 3rd bedroom has a comfortable futon that opens to a full sized bed, shelves for storage, backyard view. Full bathroom located on second floor. First and second floor use of home and outdoor spaces. We will be available during your stay if needed, but will not be on the premises otherwise. We can be contacted easily via text/phone call. Quiet home at the top of Butler city, located near the Boulevards of Butler. Neighborhood sits at top of a hill accessed by brick roads. Parking is located in front of the front entrance steps next to mailbox, or 2 off street parking spots located at back of property, accessed by an alley one street behind home. Don’t mind our on going projects as we continue to improve this lovely old brick home!
