Explore Delaware! Not only do we have great breweries and vineyards close by, there is beautiful hiking or biking on miles of trails. You can run over to the Casino, eat at great restaurants & pubs, shop tax free! Many little towns close by like Olde New Castle, Newark & Chesapeake City. Longwood Gardens, Hagley museum. Day trips from here include D.C., Philly, Beaches, Poconos ,Outlets & Historical sites. This is a lovely home share property! You will see us around, we are very friendly and knowledgable about the area, feel free to chat with us if you want! We love meeting new people and sharing our love of Delaware and our travels. There are 3 private Rooms, it's an in-law suite! This space is homey and inviting. You will be sipping your morning coffee or tea on a lovely 4 season porch, overlooking a nice backyard with pool. The pool is for your private use while you are here, but it is so lovely, if you aren't using it or between 6pm and 7pm, we may take a dip too! There are 2 more rooms for your use. The bedding can be arranged for your needs. 1 king and 1 single, 2 singles in separate rooms or 3 singles in 2 bedrooms. Maximum number of people is 3 of any age. There is a dining table and chairs. You will have a Microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and dorm fridge for personal use, but we offer to share our kitchen should you want to cook something a little more. There is a BBQ for your use, but we might want to cook on it too! Let's coordinate cooking on it! There are so many things to do and see in our area, you will be as busy as you like! Pets are accepted with pre approval! Please send a photo of you bestie! There may be additional charges. Max 3 people. Common entrance. 2 Bedrooms plus beautiful Florida sitting room with TV, bring your subscriptions. The pool is for private guest use mostly, but if you aren't in it, we will use the pool for a swim acting 7, please join us if you like! We will greet you and show you around our lovely home. Then we will be available for anything you need. So many outside places to explore! Trails and hikes close by. Later you can visit Hagley Museum, Longwood gardens, Brandywine Wine Trail, Bike and Hike Paths! Old New Castle, Main St. Newark. Historical happenings, and festivals everywhere! Major Bus routes, Uber, Lyft. best to have your own car. We will coordinate kitchen usage, pool and BBQ as needed.
