The sprawling farmhouse offers five spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive living space, flowing out to a covered rear deck with uninterrupted views over the surrounding farmland. The property is located on a very quiet no-through road, backing onto the gorgeous Korumburra Botanic Park. The house sits on 10 acres of farmland and is set back from the road with established trees and gardens to provide ultimate privacy. The residence has been extensively renovated and updated throughout but is still quite rustic. We assure you that your stay will be comfortable and relaxing, however the house is a little rough around the edges. As our guest, we will provide you with a lovely welcome hamper showcasing all that Korumburra has to offer, with locally produced bread, jam, eggs and milk, as well as a wonderful drop from our friends at Djinta Djinta winery. You are located just a minutes drive to the Korumburra township with everything you could need. The Botanic Park is within walking distance and offers walking tracks, picnic tables and a lovely seasonal creek. Our home is perfectly positioned just a 20 minute drive to the gorgeous beaches of Inverloch, 10 minutes to Leongatha and 10 minutes to Loch. Venture down to Loch and explore the many cafes, brewery and the local wine bar, or maybe head out to Prom Country Cheese in Moyarra for their famous Ploughman's Lunch. The Austral Hotel, The Middle Hotel and Burra Brewing Co are all located close by, plus a full range Supa-IGA supermarket and a range of cafe's including The Borough Department Store, Luscious and Corner Garden Cafe. The property has endless space for off-street parking, with a large American barn and a carport attached to the house.
