King size bed/king size bed, full kitchen

This rental is perfect for a couple with a young family. The master bedroom has a king size bed and tons of space. The other room has 2 twin beds. As well as full access to our kitchen and living room (including dish tv). I would recommend this to someone staying a longer period so they can cook their own food and enjoy plenty of space at this part of the house. The basement will be completely closed off. This part of the house has its own entrance as well! This is the top half of our house. It includes the main level, which is the kitchen, dining room, living room, full size bathroom, and the first room. It's a kid room with a twin bed (and a twin mattress underneath the bed). The upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed and lots of space and privacy. Honestly, this would be best for one couple and a few kids. If you had a few couples staying it would be more ideal to stay in our basement with the two queen beds. However, this is perfect for someone who is coming for more than a few days that would like to cook their own meals. We a great kitchen with everything you may need. Guests will have their own entrance into the house from the front. This will include the main floor and upstairs. They also will have full access to the patio and BBQ. We will not stay in the house when we have guests. However, we will interact with them as much as they would please. I will definitely tell them all my favorite things to do as well :) We have a $50 cleaning fee. This also includes the Montana State tax for room rentals, which is 7% of the rate.
