Rent the Blue Diamond and Petit Topaz together for a total of 6 full-sized bedrooms (with king beds) and 2 half bedrooms. Blue Diamond is a 13,000 sq. ft. villa with modern interiors, spacious floor plans, five full bedrooms plus a small, additional room with a day bed, a swimming pool, and a heated jacuzzi for up to twelve people. This villa’s unique flower-shaped design is perfect for large groups because all three levels have a central area surrounded by smaller rooms in the “petals,” or alcoves. This palatial villa features a magnificent Grand Room with 21-foot high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in addition to a triangular, glass-topped table in the formal dining room that can seat up to fourteen people. A custom-built semicircle bar that includes a cooktop and refrigerator leads into the gourmet kitchen, and private powder rooms lie in the surrounding alcoves. On the second floor, there is a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, two card tables, a ping pong table and an ocean view. Petit Topaz is a cozy duplex villa with a first floor bedroom and an additional open sleeping area upstairs. It is the most exclusive space we offer and perfect for newlyweds or a couples retreat and includes a private courtyard and lounge area with a private hot tub.
