Casitas Catarina ‘A home away from home.’

This is a home away from home, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a shared pool and laundry services. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with comfortable seating, internet throughout and Netflix on demand. Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants. This is one of Nicaragua’s best kept secrets. This is a private residence, with a shared courtyard, pool and laundry area. The whole space is accessible by tenants I live in a separate house next door, both my house and the rental are private. I can be contacted at my house or via (Hidden by Airbnb) . We are 5 minutes walk from the mirador outlook over Laguna de Apoyo, there are many bars, restaurants and artisanal places to visit. Parking is either in my driveway or on the patio of the casitas. All amenities in the village are within walking distance and there are many moto taxis and taxis available if you do not wish to walk. All utilities including internet and Netflix are included and we have back up solar if the power goes out
