The house is complete, airy and bright, with a nice balcony for you to enjoy the landscape while your family has fun in the pool. Breakfast or afternoon tea in the gazebo will make you want to come back for sure. The home office with bench for two people (with H/C air) enables your remote work or even your favorite reading. The living room, the dining room and the TV room are integrated (open space concept) with a 65-inch smart TV, which you can use to access the web channels with your own password (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, Globo Play, etc), besides the channels on open TV. There are 4 suites on the top floor, all of them with new hot and cold reverse air conditioning. Master Suite: 1 King bed, closet and bathroom with double tub and one 47-inch smart TV and a huge and very spacious closet. We have one bedroom on the ground floor, with one single box bed, ceiling fan and bathroom next door, which can very well accommodate a person with difficulties with the stairs or even a family employee.
