Just 25 minutes to Spartanburg, 30 minutes to Greenville, 30 minutes to the Tryon International Equestrian Center, and a little under an hour to Asheville, this central location is perfect for business or pleasure. A new dwelling with a peaceful country setting and beautiful mountain views. Guests are welcome to wander into the backyard to see the chickens. I am usually around and I am happy to meet you and answer any questions; however, I am just as happy to give you your privacy. Our neighborhood has a country feel with farms surrounding us. The apartment is above our garage, but there is a private entrance. Absolutely no parties allowed. Maximum occupancy of 6 at all times. Maximum of two cars per stay, and no people coming and going (exceptions with prior approval from the host only).
