Ideal for contractors or those visiting Sunderland for pleasure, this quiet residential location is perfect for a cosy stay. The property has 2 double beds upstairs and a sofa bed in the dining room. You must request linen for the sofa bed prior to your stay. Please note this is a residential area and as such is not suitable for parties or large groups and loud noise. This property is fitted with a noise and occupancy monitor and if guests disrupt neighbours you will be removed from the property and lose your deposit. You must be min 25 years old to stay at this property.
