Welcome to our beautiful, historic home in downtown Elizabethtown. We have free off-street parking in the rear of the property and are within walking distance of center square, Elizabethtown College and the Train Station. Light and airy private bed and bath with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Beautiful curved glass windows, original to the house, provide a warm, morning wake up or use the room darkening shades to sleep in a bit longer. Accessible via separate/private entrance on the side of the house and then up the stairs. Enjoy! This is a historic home in downtown Elizabethtown that has been refreshed with modern amenities, while keeping the old charm. A private bed and bath awaits with curved and stain-glass windows, birds-eye views up and down Market Street, and a custom alcove for sitting, reading or simply enjoying the warm sunshine. There are many other unique features to the property including built-in cabinets and a soaker tub. I am available by phone, text or email to answer any questions you may have before and during your stay. Otherwise, I will stay out of your way and let you enjoy your visit to Elizabethtown! Elizabethtown has a lot of unique places to eat, drink and shop! We are also close to local breweries/wineries and within walking distance of just about every type of food. Take a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the campus of Elizabethtown College or a quick drive to Masonic Village and stop by the orchard. Community events are held downtown the 2nd Friday of every month with local businesses open late that day. For staying active we have walking trails within easy driving distance and the town is friendly to bicycles. It's only a 20 minute drive from Hershey - which includes Hersheypark, Zoo America, Giant Center and Hershey Gardens - and 30 minutes from Harrisburg, Lancaster and York. You can easily walk downtown to local restaurants and shops or drive if interested in traveling a little further. The train station is about 0.5 mile away. We are about a 20 minute drive to Hershey and 30 minutes to Harrisburg, Lancaster, and York.
