1 bed flat for short stay in Tonypandy.

This is a 100 years old council listed property which has been used ground floor shop and 2 flats above. This is a one bedroom flat and I use as my office but I haven't set up as an office yet. If you stay more than 3 days I will visit to the flat for my office work but I won't stay in the flat. It is very spacious one bedroom flat and I am decorating now. I am looking for a decent guest to enter my flat. You can use whole flat but I won't allow anyone to cook at the moment. You could prepare tea or coffee in your room. As I am decorating my flat I don't allow guest to use the kitchen and kitchen equipments. There are plenty of cafes in the high street. If you are coming with your pet please pay £5 per day for your pet on your arrival day. There is no bed for pet at the moment but might in the future I will offer a bed for pet. This is a one bedroom flat with spacious lounge. Five guests are able to stay in this flat. plenty of places you can visit in South Wales. This flat is surrounded by the mountains with fantastic views and located in the High Street where cafes, shops and bars are situated. This flat is located in the High Street where you can get free car parking. Behind the flat there is a free parking space available for you. 3 minutes walk to bus station and five minutes walk to Railway station. 45 minutes from Cardiff City by train and only £7 return ticket. 35 minutes by car from Cardiff. 35 minutes away from Barry Beach by car. 15 minutes from University of South Wales by car. 15 minutes from Royal Glamorgan Hospital. 10 minutes from Mountainash Hospital. I am sorry to say that currently you can't cook any food. You can prepare only tea or coffee.
