Entire top floor. 3 br, pool/spa. 10 min. to TIEC!

Our home is perfectly located on Cleghorn golf course, and a 10 minutes drive to TIEC. Located on a cul-de-sac, very quiet and serene. This listing are for 3 rooms on the top floor. Spacious rooms, AC, one full bath, big closets , 2 TVs, free Internet. Small Kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Breakfast items are included. We live on the main floor. Salt water pool (not heated) and hot tub, turned on on your request. Hot for 3 hours max each day/night. The whole top floor is private and spacious with one large room in the middle and two bedrooms on either side. One Queen bed, one bunk bed with a double on the bottom. Sofa bed in the large room can easily be made as a Twin or a Queen, depending on needs. We can host a total of 10 people in our home, so if you have need for more rooms/beds, please inquire. If we have other guests in our sunroom suite, the pool and spa will be shared. It’s a big space and will not be crowded ever. Due to the Coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces, inside and outside, between reservations. Per friendly if well behaved, room clean, quiet and not left alone without notice. Main hallway. We will always be available to help or solve any problem that might occur. Face masks are required when going in and out and if interacting with us or other guests. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. All properties are built on, or next to, the golf course. It also offers great walks around the golf course. No public transportation. 5 minutes walk to Cleghorn Golf Club restaurant. 5 restaurants and a General Store at Tryon International Equestrian Center 10 minutes drive. 10 minutes to Children’s Museum in Rutherfordton. 15 minutes to Walmart, Denny’s, Lowe’s etc. 30 minutes to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. 45 minutes to Asheville. 1.30 hours to Charlotte airport and less than an hour to Greenville. Since we live at a cul-de sac, parking space is limited. We can not host big rigs or large trucks with trailers. Special arrangements can perhaps be arranged so please let us know your parking needs if more than for a car.
