No need for a designated driver as you can make your way to our sister pub & restaurant on the floor below to enjoy fresh food cooked with passion, delectable wines and local real ales. Independent first floor access opens directly onto generous open plan kitchen-dining-lounge space. Two steps down into a spacious king size bedroom with picture window, en-suite wet room and separate toilet room, dressing table with light and ample storage. Underfloor heating throughout offers a cosy temperate space and comprehensive utilities are provided: - Iron & Ironing board - Washer/Dryer - Induction Hob - Full Fridge/Freezer + Wine Fridge - Smart HDTV & Free WiFi - Hairdryer - Heated Towel Rail & Wetroom floor Easy to locate just 1.5miles from the A50 in Draycott In The Moors village, Inn The Moors flat sits over the restaurant space of The Draycott Arms pub. Ample off-road free parking is available and visible from the flat. It is also covered by security surveillance. The First Floor flat has independent access via a steel staircase from the communal pub garden, which is fully fenced to offer security to pets and children from the road. I live on site and am always no more than a phone call away. We can offer you local knowledge from entertainment to days out or even dog walks and cycle routes. With my partner, I run the pub on the ground floor, open for food and drinks from 5pm Tues-Sat and 12-5 Sunday lunch, where you can find us during opening hours! Draycott In The Moors is a pretty historic village, once part of a great estate. The village enjoys a traditional English Pub-Restaurant and a modern Indian-English Fusion Bar-Restaurant. Both can be found with positive feedback on Tripadvisor: The Draycott Arms and The Golden Keg. Nearby villages of Tean, Blythe Bridge and Forsbrook offer easy access to local food stores, bakeries, artisan butchers, cafes and garden centres. At less than 5 miles away, Meir Park offers the larger superstores of Aldi and Tesco.
