A private bedroom located just 10 minutes from Grand Rapids and walking distance from Rivertown Mall. My home is on a quite deadend road with park access. We are on a bus route and have Uber availability. A great location for college student. Kitchen, living room, laundry. I work most days home early mornings and evening's Quite with light traffic on a dead end road. Park access though the woods. Nice neighbors. Public transit, Uber, parking in the street or driveway. Convenient 9 mile drive to the airport and 10 minutes to the train and bus station.
