Spacious private room in a large character home

My family and I are offering this large bedroom in our family home to a female guest/housemate. The household consists of myself, my husband, our well behaved toddler and a mini schnauzer. We are a tidy, homely, non-smoking household. Maximum stay by negotiation, we would prefer month-to-month bookings to begin with to allow you and us to figure out if we are the right fit if long term. Conveniently located a short bus or bike ride from the CBD, and likewise close to TAFE SA Regency campus. The bedroom on offer is a VERY big room with beautiful raked ceilings and gable windows, furnished with: - a queen size bed, Sealy Posturepedic Mattress, and all bedding and towels - side tables with lamps - free standing wardrobes - a study desk and chair - a couch with cushion - a rug and - an artificial plant. Your room has its own private access door to the backyard, and has ceiling fans and air-conditioning for your comfort. We are always looking for ways to make the room more comfortable, so we welcome feedback about things that would be beneficial for the room. You are invited to share all household amenities: - loungeroom - dining - kitchen (with dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, gas stovetop, electric oven, etc.) - laundry (front loader washing machine) - 2x bathrooms (main bathroom has a large spa bath) - front and rear gardens (with undercover patio, washing line, BBQ) - off-street carparking and - bills are included in the weekly fee, however you will need to purchase your own food to eat. If you love gardening we will happily allow you to potter away in the garden doing weeding, watering, pruning, planting, etc. We will welcome you into our family when you stay in our home. We would love to get to know you and introduce you to our friends and community. If you are a Christian and looking for a church to attend while you stay with us, we will happily invite you along with us. You will have plenty of privacy in your big spacious room, and should feel comfortable to be yourself in the house. Within the heart of Prospect, a short stroll from the main street where you'll find Coles, Foodland, Schinella's Your Local Market, butcher, cafes, restaurants, cinema, library and more. Conveniently located close to public transport to take to the city for work / university / TAFE / leisure, and close to Regency TAFE / Le Cordon Bleu. Beautiful tree lined streets, a nice area to exercise in. Less than 5kms to the CBD of Adelaide. Public transport routes to the city 235/239 from Churchill Road and G10 from Prospect Road. Walking distance or a short bike ride to TAFE SA Regency Campus.
