24 bedroom 9 bath The Bala House

Located in the heart of Bala. This place has 24 separate bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. It easily sleeps 48. It is clean and functional. Steps from the Key to Bala and all of the local attractions. Fire pit, BBQ area and volleyball net in the 1/2 acre back yard. It boasts a double kitchen and large dining table. Board game area with lots of games. Over weekends in July and Aug we are booking out at a 4 night minimum. Guests have private access to the the entire house and 1/2 acre yard. Guests can access the entire house and yard. They have access to volleyball net, fire pit and BBQ area. I will interest as much or as little as needed. I will be personally there to check in and happy to answer any questions during your stay. Our place is within walking distance to the Kee to Bala, Bala falls and Don’s bakery. You can walk to most of Bala’s main attractions from our place. If you have a smaller group we also rent the house out by the floor.
