This is my dad's spacious home in the foothills of the Sequoias. Minutes away from the entrance to the Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks. This listing is for my dad's main house unit that includes a private entrance, 2 bedrooms with king, queen, and double beds & private bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Lemoncove is an old mining town located in the foothills of the Sequoias and is only minutes away from the entrance to the Sequoia & King Canyon National Parks. The space available the large main house of my dad's country home. Approx. 1200 sq ft. It's one of three units available at my dad's and it's a great place to spend the night on the way to the park. The unit includes: * Private entrance. * Spacious living room with fireplace and 50" 4k UltraHD TV with Roku / Netflix. * Master bedroom with king bed and extra HD TV. * 2nd bedroom with double bed. * An extra queen bed off the living room. * Full kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. * Private bathroom. * High speed wifi. * HEPA air purifier. * Outdoor patio with charcoal BBQ. Great for summer nights! Two additional units are available in my dad's attached guest house each with a private entrance and can be found via my profile. No pets or smoking are allowed in the units.
