RM 4-Comfy, quiet & Cozy

This is a beautiful home that has a lot of features in it. You can listen to the radio, music etc via the speaker installed in each room. It is a very neat home that gives comfort, it’s quiet and highly cozy in here. A great place to live in Surround system, neater and more upscale than people think of, very quiet and comfortable. Parking Spaces are on my property and in my garage ONLY. Parallel parking is allowed in my Sub-division ONLY during the day BUT parking on the street is NOT ALLOWED OVERNIGHT ON THE STREET. Play yard, Patio, Barbeque grill, and all common spaces listed are also available for your use. Often, text or call is preferred when I am not present in the house. Stone Crest Mall, KROGER, Walmart, Publix, Papa John’s, Nail salons, Hair Care Salons, All seasons car wash, Stars and Strikes Bowling Alley, Tire Shops, NCG cinema & AMC Classic Theatres. Personal vehicle, Uber or Lyft is advisable, safe and appropriate. Please, DO NOT waste water and electricity.
