Student room sublet

Since I'm leaving for holidays and some travels I am subletting my room at Platostraat, Lombardijen. The bedroom is about 14m2 and has a double bed with super comfy mattress and a nice couch to lounge on. Kitchen is fully equipped, you'll have everything you really need. There's also a livingroom with a huge table and balcony present To note: From 25 Dec until 10 Jan the apartment is all yours. 24th and after 10th you share the apartment with one guy. I will have my personal belongings present, but I will leave room for yours. The apartment is 7 minutes from the Lombardijen train station and about the same distance to grocery and convenience stores. The train takes you to city center within 15 minutes. There is free parking in front of the apartment building. All common areas are shared with one other person, except 25 Dec- 11 Jan.
