Erika's Dream - new house in the heart of the town

The house is not 100% ready, there are some minor issues which can disturb the overall look/esthetics. I will adress these in time... There will be more furniture, they are ordered for long ago but the COVID shortages hit them too... This is a work in progress, there'll be some improovments all the time. The first floor is a one big space and a bathroom (w. shower), upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is wooden floored terrace all around the house. Also upstairs in the front side is a wooden floored balcony in the front of the bedrooms. At the moment you can park on the street in front of the house. In the living room the two couches are extensible, so actually could sleep 6-8 in the house. There is no TV..
